2024

GAP has been engaged as Curator for a permanent art installation project for the new train station at Mordialloc as part of the Level Crossing Removal Project.

GAP is working with InterContinental hotel group to deliver an artist-in-residence and installation project for InterContinental Melbourne The Rialto. The first project by artist Spencer Harrison was launched in July 2024. See here for more information.

GAP is working with the Accor hotel group to develop new exhibitions for their Australian properties, commencing with new exhibitions for Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach - Donna Marcus and Anna Carey, and for Sofitel Brisbane - GerardandMarc Gerard O'Connor and Marc Wasiak.

 

 

2023

GAP has been engaged as Curator for two new permanent artwork projects associated with Level Crossing Removal Project at Coolstore (new Croydon Station) and Dublin Road (new Ringwood East Station).

 

Art on the Great Victorian Rail Trail was officially launched in May by Jaclyn Symes MP.  See here for more information.

Making the Metro Tunnel exhibition exploring the Metro Tunnel project through the creative lens of contemporary artists opens 31 March - 7 May 2023 at Domain House.

2021

GAP has recently been appointed as Project Manager, Art Installations for the Great Victorian Rail Trail.  Working with Murrundindi, Mansfield and Mitchell Shires, we will be delivering a series of engaging permanent art installations along the length of the trail.

AMP Capital PDS appointed GAP as Art Consultants to commission 4000 original new artworks as part of the refurbishment of rooms at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins. 

 

The Metro Tunnel Creative Program that GAP is Consultant Curator to has won Gold in the 2021 Driven X Design award for Urban Design.

2020

GAP is very pleased to announce that the Metro Tunnel Creative Program for which we are Consultant Curators recently won the 2020 Australian Good Design Award, Best in Class for Architectural Design, Urban Design and Public Space! 

 

GAP recently completed a major Art Strategy for the Greater Metropolitan Cemeteries Trust to guide new public art commissions and acquisitions for the GMCT Collection and encourage cultural programming across their 19 sites.
