Ephemera is the first Australian exhibition of graphic work by acclaimed Polish artist Andrzej Sznejweis.  

The series of digital prints explores the diverse range of our human emotions, from humour through to nostalgia, referencing the emotions which accompany us throughout our daily life and a time-honoured subject of art throughout history.

Sznejweis works in the graphic arts, book and press illustration, publication design, drawing and painting and regularly publishes literary texts in many publications.

Born 1960 in Zabrze (Poland), the artist studied at the esteemed Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice and the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań (University of Arts), in the Printmaking and Graphic Design faculty. He currently lives and works in Opole, a city on the Oder River in southern Poland.
